Fibromyalgia is a disorder where an individual feels chronic pain and fatigue.It also goes by FMS and is considered a syndrome because Fibromyagia is a group of symptoms. There are many different symptoms that may overlap with other conditions. A individual often suffers from Fibromylagia for about six years before they are actually diagnosed. The pain is located throughout the entire body. But, it affects the muscles, tendons and joints.

THE CAUSES


*Emotional or Physical Trauma
* Runs in the family
* Yeast Overgrowth in the intestines. 98% of the time this is the cause.

1.) CHRONIC PAIN IN THE MUSCLES-May feel like a dull ache. And is moderate to severe

SELF CARE/TREATMENT


I suffered from Fibromyalgia for about 6 years. And during that time I did alot of research of what treatments from home I could do that actually work. But those were treatment's to just temporarily stop the symptoms. I no longer have fibromyalgia because I was able to completely get rid of it.

Honestly, In my option, Fibromyalgia is a mixture of Thyroid Disease,Kidney Problems,Yeast Overgrowth and Nutritional Deficiencies. That's how it get's so bad that you have to take 54 pills a day. But I have kidney disease, so the medications were causing my Kidneys to fail. So, since I wasnt going to be able to take the medications anymore, I researched every possible piece of information about getting rid of Fibromyalgia.

I got rid of it by:

1.) Getting rid of my yeast overgrowth in my intestines.I just took Acidophilus everyday for 2 months.
2.) Getting back on my thyroid medication.
3.) Detoxing my body to get all the built up toxins out. This also helped with my kidneys. People with FMS need to detox atleast every couple months because the medications that you take will build up in the system which raises your tolerance and causes you to become more sick.
4.) Taking care of my kidneys- I had to take diuretics and go on a kidney diet.
5.) Stopping nutritional deficiencies in their tracks. Since so many health conditions are caused by vitamin deficiences we need to take Multivitamins everyday. This will help stop pain and fatigue. Alot of them are alot worse than others, which means you have to buy individual vitamins to make sure you have enough in your body.
